About the event
Cape & Cowl Con — an indie comic gathering hosted by Eisner Award-winning shop Cape & Cowl Comicsin Oakland, CA.
Held each summer at Faction Brewing in Alameda, the free, all-ages event brings together creators, small press, and fans for a day of comics and community, now in its third year and growing to include celebrity guests from comics, TV, and film alongside local artists.
This year's edition (Cape & Cowl Con 3) With guests including James Spooner, Rick Remender, Patton Oswalt, Julia Wertz, Gerry Duggan, and dozens more indie and mainstream creators.
