This is part one of the 2022 collection of illustrations from Southside Frank and Reaghan Buchanan’s annual POCtober art challenge.  Inside are drawings of some of their favorite, black and POC punk/Roch/funk bands their interviews with Barry, Edmondson, Miski Dee Rodriguez of City Mouse, Kyle Zero of the Breathing Light, Sarah, from Porvenir Oscuro, and Amber Omega of squid ink, as well as some articles and a chronicle of the interconnected waves and evolutions of scar skin and Oi culture.
